Solid knife, no blade-play, big blade, sharp, beautiful blue color. Reverse liner lock is innovative.
I have always loved the shape and size of the Raccoon’s blade. The only minor issue holding me back from making it my most chosen EDC knife was the light detent on the button lock. This knife has perfect detent. Great thumb flick and even more satisfying reverse flick. 14c28n has always been heat treated well by Vosteed so I’m assuming this one is too. The blade is super sharp out of box. I love sharpening my own knife because I like a scary sharp knife. 14c gives you the ability to easily have that. Since the blade came very sharp out of box, I’m going to wait before I sharpen it. Buy this knife over the other variants. You’re gunna love it.
